Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Retreat Leader | Wellness Coach

Hi, I’m Barb — a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Wellness Coach with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families shift from feeling stuck to creating real momentum in their lives.

After earning my Master’s in Counseling in 1998, I’ve spent decades guiding people through emotional healing, boundary setting, and deep personal growth. I currently run my full-time counseling practice in Sandpoint, Idaho and have expanded my work to include life coaching, wellness retreats, and group workshops designed to help people not only learn the skills for a healthier life — but actually apply them in a way that feels natural, nourishing, and lasting.

Through movement, outdoor time, group connection, and grounded teaching, my mission is to make emotional wellness and personal development accessible to everyone. Whether we’re practicing yoga stretches, sailing at a retreat, or having real conversations about burnout and boundaries, everything that I offer is rooted in practical tools for living a more aligned, empowered life.

Because everyone should hear this stuff.
Because it’s okay to say no.
Because you deserve permission to live well.
Because you are the greatest project that you will ever work on.

If you're ready to shift, grow and root into something more grounded — Let’s do it together!

READY WHEN YOU ARE
  • You spend most of your life in your head. Make it a nice place.

  • Imagine if we measured success by the amount of safety that people felt in our presence.
